The Big Bang! Business Competition is open to any team with a founder affiliated with a California institute of higher learning, including students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Teams build their venture over three rounds of competition with the opportunity to win awards totaling almost $100,000. There are multiple $10,000 sector awards, including Energy & Sustainability, Food & Agriculture, and Social Entrepreneurship.
Round 1 competition deliverables are due in March, but there's an optional deadline on January 11, 2023 to receive early feedback on materials before the Round 1 deadline. You can read more about the competition here.
