Core Faculty Members
Anita D. Bhappu is an associate professor of management with expertise in team development, consumer research, business model and customer validation, and digital and services retailing.
John Haner is a lecturer in the Merritt Writing Program with extensive experience teaching business communication. He is the organizer of Pitchfest, the premier pitching event on campus.
Mark Harris is a lecturer teaching business law and leadership.
Russel McBride is an assistant professor and former director of a succesful startup incubator, with expertise in entrepreneurship.
Justin Hicks is an associate teaching professor working with patent and publication data to identify the unintended spillovers of collaboration across international borders. He is also an entrepreneur himself.
Alexander Petersen is an assistant professor of management working on innovation and information diffusion.

Theofanis "Fanis" Tsoulouhas is a professor of financial management. His expertise is in innovation, entrepreneurship and corporate finance. He directs the lab and also coordinates the annual Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week (Symposium).
Lisa Yeo is an assistant professor of management with expertise in management information systems.

Trevor Cox enables startups to grow and scale their business by providing assistance with fundraising, sales, legal, business development and operational needs.
Kyle Gray is an entrepreneur that helps startups and small businesses grow with content marketing, and is the author of "The College Entrepreneur."
Karim Lessard is the CEO of a software company in Seattle and an experienced startup entrepreneur, bringing lean methodologies to develop new business ideas.
Mike Murphy is a corporate and securities attorney advising technology companies, founders, and investors in company formations, financings, and M&A transactions.
Niki V. Santo serves as a Director for Brandman University, Chapman System, where she administers programs in arts and sciences, education, and business in the SF Bay Area.  She serves as the President of the Harvard Club of Silicon Valley. She also serves as a judge for the European American Enterprise Council's (EEAC) start up competitions at CES in Las Vegas and in Eindhoven, Netherlands, and advises a number of ventures on strategy.
Debra Vernon is an attorney advising technology companies, investors, incubators and entrepreneurs in company formations, financings, M&A and public offerings.
