The UC Merced Office of Business Development Proof-of-Concept Fund is an investment opportunity for UC Merced faculty-driven teams and incorporated companies. Applicants can receive up to $25,000 for technological development towards a market-ready product. The program is open to all teams and individuals regardless of their industry, intellectual property status, company type or product type. To apply, teams and individual must meet all eligibility factors and must demonstrate the ability to move toward the next stage of development in their concept.
The Proof-of-Concept information session hosted by the Associate Vice Chancellor of Research and Economic Development, Peter Scherman, Ph.D., on March 13th 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm in Kolligian Library 362.
